Crisis Support

If You Need Help Right Now

About This Practice

Is Third Street Counseling a crisis service?

No. Third Street Counseling is an outpatient therapy practice, not a crisis service, and we do not monitor messages after hours.

Third Street Counseling is an outpatient mental health practice. We are not a crisis line, we do not provide emergency services, and we do not monitor phone messages, emails, or form submissions outside of business hours.

If you reach out to us in crisis, we may not see your message until the next business day. If you need help right now, please use the resources above: call or text 988, text HOME to 741741, or call 911 if you are in immediate danger.

If you are already a client and need to reach your therapist, follow the after-hours instructions you received when you began services. If you are not yet a client and want to schedule a free consult, you can do that when the immediate crisis has passed.
